haml-elisp software package provides Transitional package for ruby-haml, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install haml-elisp
haml-elisp is installed in your system.
Make ensure the haml-elisp package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep haml-elisp *
You will get with haml-elisp package name, version, architecture and description in a table
